I photograph families across Sarasota County the same way every time: loosely. I will get the one nice frame where everyone is looking, because you want that one for the wall and your mother wants it for her fridge. The rest of the session is your family being your family.

Seniors & Graduation
Modern, personality-driven senior sessions that look nothing like a yearbook photo. Bring the guitar, the cleats, the horse. Cap and gown day too. See senior sessions.
Couples Sessions
Engagements, anniversaries, or no occasion at all. Sunset on the Gulf is a hard backdrop to beat, and you do not need a reason.
Extended Family
When everyone is in town at once, take the shot. Large groups are straightforward on an open beach and I will keep it efficient.

Siesta Key & Crescent Beach
White quartz sand and a west-facing sunset. The classic choice, and for good reason. Crescent is the quieter half.
Marie Selby Gardens
Banyans, orchids, and bayfront light. A lush, green alternative when you want something other than sand. Admission applies.
Historic Downtown Sarasota
Brick, murals, and warm evening light. Good for senior sessions and couples who want an urban feel.
Bayfront Park & St. Armands
Water views, boats, and palms without the drive out to the Key. Convenient and reliably pretty.
Myakka River State Park
Oaks, palms, and open prairie. A completely different Florida from the beaches, and wonderful in winter light.
